Evergreen is committed to a system of care that includes office and hospital care. It would not be complete if we
didn’t offer the full laboratory, X–ray and other diagnostic services on site.
Evergreen Diagnostics
is located on the first floor adjacent to the Urgent Care. Diagnostic services are available during the same extended hours

Professional Laboratory
Technologist and Radiologic Technologist are available to give you the best service possible. Our phlebotomists are experienced
and gentle and we can accept orders from any licensed provider.
At Evergreen Diagnostics we try to make your visit as
convenient and pleasant as possible.
