Urgent Care
We are a unique practice that integrates Urgent Care and Family Medicine. This is the core of our system of care.
There are times you need to see a medical provider on short notice or after normal business hours. Appointments with a family physician can be made or on–demand services are available in the Urgent Care.
The Urgent Care is open evenings and weekends. And the Laboratory and X–ray keep the same hours.
We offer on–demand after hours care or appointments. For routine examinations or care for acute and chronic illnesses, including injuries at home, school or work, Evergreen Family Medicine is there for you.
